Issue reports and repair requests will appear in your account on the "My repairs" page.

To report an issue with an item you have on loan

1. Open the loan page from "My Account" and click the button to report a new issue for that item.
2. Fill out the form with any details then submit.
3. If you have photos to upload, add them now.

To create a new repair request

Click the "New repair" button at the bottom of the website and fill out the form.
